Project: Regenerative medicine in Europe: emerging needs and challenges in a global context (REMEDiE)

This website provides access to the Final Report of the REMEDiE project and its policy recommendations to the European Commission. In addition, you will be able to access the global database relating to companies, patent activity, and, in the future, clinical trials, prepared by Dr Graham Lewis for Work-package 7. WP7 has derived data from secondary sources to produce a quantitative database tracking geoeconomic trends over time, starting in 2003 through to 2011, and this will be updated on a regular basis.

The REMEDiE Legal Database, 'EU and Global Bioethics: Intellectual property and cultural difference', produced by Prof Judit Sandor and colleagues at the Center for Ethics and Law in Biomedicine CELAB, Budapest for Work-package 6, can also be downloaded.
